At ARK Of Sweden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
